Oh yeah! For June we have 2 goals!  

I.) Attend 3 classes per week.

2.) Complete 20 Strict HPSU per week

  • 1 Strict HSPU = 1 Strict HSPU
  • 3 Kipping HSPU = 1 Strict HSPU
  • 5 Pike Push Ups = 1 Strict HSPU
  • 10 HRPU = 1 Strict HSPU

Handstand Push Ups

If scaling refer to the above options to = HSPU's
